World models are learned predictive models of an environment and its dynamics that can act as an internal simulator for prediction, planning, and policy learning. Progress in world modeling has come from several directions: generative and interactive video models, latent predictive architectures, 3D and 4D scene representations, model-based reinforcement learning, and model predictive control for robots and vehicles. These communities often publish in different venues, approach the problem with different assumptions, and sometimes use the same vocabulary to mean different things. This symposium aims to put these views in conversation by bringing in perspectives from both academia and industry. Our speakers span foundations of generative and predictive modelling, video and perception at scale, interactive environments and games, 3D geometry and reconstruction, and robot manipulation and autonomous driving. Alongside invited keynotes, this programme includes lightning talks and a poster session. We particularly encourage submissions from PhD students and early-career researchers.

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

Important: This is an in-person event, with no virtual attendance option. We kindly ask all presenters to join us at the British Computer Society on the day.

Presentations can be either published work, or ongoing research.

The deadline for submitting a Expression of Interest to Present is the 30th September 2026
