Advance publicity at preceding BMVC conference
The best time to get the most useful publicity is at the preceding conference:
- Get e-text (Microsoft word) of previous call from Manuel Trucco.
- Revise: Conference committee, contact name and addresses, Peipa links, any topical changes, dates, header banner.
- The dates need to be approved by an earlier BMVC Committee
- The venue for the next conference is announced at the conference dinner.
- The Call can be handed out on the final day of the conference.
- Should be reviewed by the General Chair as well as Programme.
