Prepare Camera Ready Copy
Do:
- Monitor receipt of final camera-ready copy (including invited speakers)
- Check CRC for suitable layout and visible figures
- Check titles, authors and organisations against draft programme
- Select cover pictures (small and background)
- Layout Cover
- Collate papers and type page numbers
- Compose Introduction
- Make index for both volumes
- Make Table of Contents for both volumes
- Compose Acknowledgements page
- Select ISBN numbers (1 for each volume, 1 for set) and register with ISBN registry and Science Citation Index
- Send proceedings to printer
- Send prize papers to reviewers
