Prepare Camera Ready Copy

Do:

1. Monitor receipt of final camera-ready copy (including invited speakers)
2. Check CRC for suitable layout and visible figures
3. Check titles, authors and organisations against draft programme
4. Select cover pictures (small and background)
5. Layout Cover
6. Collate papers and type page numbers
7. Compose Introduction
8. Make index for both volumes
9. Make Table of Contents for both volumes
10. Compose Acknowledgements page
11. Select ISBN numbers (1 for each volume, 1 for set) and register with ISBN registry and Science Citation Index
12. Send proceedings to printer
13. Send prize papers to reviewers
