The BMVA website is mostly run as a DokuWiki. To edit a page, once logged in, use the “Edit this page” link at the bottom left. To create a new page, navigate to it (e.g. www.bmva.org/mynewpage) and the “Edit this page” link becomes “Create this page”.

Some less obvious tasks:

  • Some of the site look and feel is in a dokuwiki template (lib/tpl/bmva). Notes on how they work are here.

Handles URL rewriting as well as top-level access control. Most urls are redirected to the wiki, except for e.g. bmvc/*
